"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us." ~ Marianne Williamson

Self Love

Self love and respect are two life essentials and lessons. May we all find the path that leads us to the road of self acceptance and may we never forget our inner strength, uniqueness, and ability to overcome life's challenges. To others you will always be too much or not enough of something, but what matters most is how you "See" and "Believe" in yourself. Once this is accomplished, you can "Achieve" anything your heart desires. Wishing you all a beautiful start to the weekend!

Big hugs,
Ane

As someone who has explored this a lot I so agree.

  2. So the biggest question is how far one is willing to go on this path of freeing oneself from things which are "not good for my health". From stress inducing excess TV and internet, to chemical foods, to foods which are not really good for us even if natural, to foods which need to be processed in certain ways for maximum value...

  3. You bring up an excellent point. I believe self-awareness is key to understanding what are the toxic stress factors weighing on one's ability to live a healthy life. I personally, take this approach whenever things are feeling a little off center. I also believe it's about finding a healthy balance. Being aware of the "triggers" that cause stress or unhealthy living is important to beginning the process of making better and healthier choices. It isn't easy to make the change, but it is definitely worth it. Once you get to experience the benefits of making health choices, it then becomes part of daily life. However, I also believe it is important to remember that as humans, we are not perfect and that one misstep doesn't mean we will never obtain our goal. As they say, "practice makes perfect." :)
